Banking CRM
Empowering financial institutions with custom CRM platforms — including Salesforce and nCino — built for compliance, integration depth, and the realities of operating customer relationships inside a regulated perimeter.
In regulated finance, a CRM is not just a sales tool — it is the system of record for customer relationships, the engine for onboarding and lending workflows, and one of the most heavily audited platforms in the bank. We implement, customise, and integrate Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino for banks that need a CRM that meets their commercial goals without creating new compliance debt. Our work covers the full lifecycle: discovery, configuration, integration with core banking and payment systems, data migration from legacy CRMs, and ongoing support.
What we build
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
End-to-end implementation and customisation of Salesforce FSC — household and relationship modelling, financial account objects, action plans, and Einstein-powered next-best-action. We configure FSC to reflect how your bank actually segments and services customers, rather than forcing your business into Salesforce's default object model. Suitable for retail, commercial, and private banking lines of business.
nCino Bank Operating System
nCino implementation and extension across commercial lending, small business lending, retail loan origination, and treasury management. We configure credit memos, deal structures, approval workflows, and document tracking to match your credit policy. Where nCino's out-of-the-box flow does not fit, we build supporting Lightning components and Apex extensions rather than bending the bank to the platform.
Customer 360 and data unification
A CRM is only as useful as the data behind it. We unify customer data from core banking, payment processors, KYC platforms, loan systems, and marketing tools into a single customer record. Includes identity resolution, data quality rules, and ongoing synchronisation patterns depending on the existing estate.
Onboarding and loan origination automation
Streamlined digital onboarding for retail, SME, and corporate customers, and end-to-end loan origination workflows that handle the long tail of edge cases — exception handling, conditional approval paths, document re-requests, and audit trails. We build with regulator-friendly logging from day one so every decision in the workflow is reconstructable.
Compliance and regulatory configuration
KYC, AML, GDPR, PSD2, and PEP/sanctions screening configured directly into CRM workflows rather than bolted on afterwards. Includes consent capture and management, audit trail configuration, data retention rules, right-to-erasure handling, and integration with screening providers (LexisNexis, Refinitiv, ComplyAdvantage, or your existing stack).
Legacy CRM migration and integration
Migration from Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, or in-house CRMs onto Salesforce or nCino — including data mapping, parallel-running strategies, and cutover planning. We treat migration as a programme, not a script: data quality assessment, business process redesign where the legacy CRM was masking process debt, and user enablement to avoid the post-migration adoption collapse.
Why banks work with us on CRM
Specialist, not generalist
Our team has implemented CRM specifically in banking — not adapted from retail or B2B SaaS deployments. The compliance constraints, integration patterns, and audit expectations of regulated finance are different in kind, not just degree, and we have lived in them long enough to know where the traps are.
Integration-first delivery
A CRM disconnected from core banking is a contact database. We design every implementation around the integration layer first — message contracts with the core, event-driven updates from payment systems, and bi-directional flows with the data warehouse — so the CRM becomes part of the bank's operational fabric, not an island.
Built for the regulatory perimeter
Audit trails, data residency, consent management, role-based access, and right-to-erasure are configured into the platform from day one. We produce the documentation supervisors expect to see — not as a deliverable at the end, but as a by-product of how we build.
Migration without the lift-and-shift trap
Most CRM migrations fail because the legacy system was hiding bad data and undocumented processes that only surface during cutover. We surface those issues during discovery, redesign the broken parts of the process, and treat data quality as a first-class workstream.
Production-grade, not proof-of-concept
We measure success by adoption rates, workflow completion times, and audit clean-bill-of-health — not by the existence of a configured sandbox. Every engagement includes user enablement, handover documentation, and a clear post-go-live support model.
Vendor-neutral on the surrounding stack
We have hands-on experience with the platforms that CRMs in banking have to integrate with and the middleware that connects them. Our recommendations are shaped by what fits your stack, not by partner incentives.
