Founded in London
Founded in London with a focused mission: to deliver IT consulting and software engineering for banks, with deep specialisation rather than generalist coverage. From day one the practice was built around the disciplines that define banking IT — card payment processing, core banking, credit risk scoring, and business intelligence — and the regulatory perimeter they all operate inside.
2021
Expanding into Europe
Engagements expanded beyond the UK into Europe — financial institutions across the European Economic Area working with us on cross-jurisdictional programmes. The expansion broadened our exposure to multi-market regulatory work (PSD2, GDPR, scheme rules across schemes and jurisdictions) and to the technology stacks European banks actually run in production.
Today
Across the UK, EEA, and beyond
Today we work across the UK and EEA on the technical and regulatory programmes that define regulated finance — core modernisation, payment processing implementations, credit risk model delivery, data platform builds, and the compliance and operational resilience work that runs alongside them. We are also building partnerships with firms in the UAE as a first step into the wider GCC market. London remains our headquarters.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower regulated financial institutions — including Account Information Service Providers (AISPs), Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISPs), Payment Institutions (PIs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and Banks — with innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
We partner with financial services providers to modernize their core infrastructure, enhance customer experiences, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape with confidence.
Beyond established institutions, we proudly support high-growth startups building products and services for the regulated financial sector.
